| 4 | Duties of District Level Committee | 1.The District Level Committee will verify the authenticity of the Received Proposal of NCL/Income Certificate. 2.For this, the application date mentioned in the register in the office of the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer, the date of issue of the certificate will be verified.3.The Committee shall ensure that all the documents/norms on the basis of which the NCL/Income Certificate is issued are in compliance with the prescribed norms for NCL/Income Certificate certificate.4.The Committee is empowered to call for internal inquiry/local inquiry or report of other competent authorities through its mechanism. |
| 5 | Final action to be taken by the District Level Committee | To dispose of the cases by conducting a meeting of the committee chaired by the Hon. District Collector, recording self-explanatory remarks with a favorable or unfavorable opinion along with the committee’s findings regarding the received Non-Creamy Layer/Income Certificates, and forwarding the final decision or validity certificate of the said cases to the concerned departments. |
