| 4 | Duties of District Level Committee | 1.The District Level Sub-Committee will verify the authenticity of the NCL certificate issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer. 2.For this, the application date mentioned in the register in the office of the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer, the date of issue of the certificate will be verified.3.The Committee shall ensure that all the documents/norms on the basis of which the NCL is issued are in compliance with the prescribed norms for NCL certificate.4.The Committee is empowered to call for internal inquiry/local inquiry or report of other competent authorities through its mechanism. | ||||||
